The Park Central Building has completed a comprehensive $10 million renovation to all first floor and second floor common areas resulting in the most extensive repositioning of any 2nd generation office building in downtown Denver. Designed by the world class team at Gensler, Park Central will greet tenants with a markedly elevated experience featuring upgraded flooring, wood wall finishes, exposed concrete, raised ceilings and contemporary lighting.
Café & Lounge
In the main floor lobby, tenants will enjoy an expansive tenant lounge and café offering quick serve breakfast/lunch and coffee.

Bike Amenity
Tenants will be able to arrive at Park Central right off the city bike lane along Lawrence Street with immediate bike access that leads directly into the building’s new two level, 8,000 sf bicycle storage facility - with capacity for approximately 300 bikes; the largest in downtown Denver. Featured in the Bike Amenity space is a bike repair station, changing rooms, bike lounge and sizeable men’s and women’s locker rooms with shower facilities. For convenience, a bike wash station is located adjacent to the entrance of the Bike Amenity. Private storage lockers are available upon request. The facility is monitored via CCTV and entrance is by access card only providing a secure environment for bicycle storage.
Fitness Center, Deli & Plaza
The main lobby’s new sunlit atrium stairwell now goes straight up to the outdoor plaza and 2nd floor amenity spaces featuring a sizeable workout facility with tall ceilings and windows that look directly out onto Skyline Park. New fitness equipment has been installed, restrooms with showers, and a fitness studio including Wellbeats programming allowing users to select a virtual fitness routine. Tenants can now enjoy one of the most inviting office building exercise facilities in all of Denver. Also, on the second level will be a full-service deli with seating at tables and booths that open onto the building’s private terraced plaza through an 18-foot sliding glass wall system. The plaza will accommodate large groups of people in a variety of seating, gathering and activity areas. The plaza features the following spaces for tenant enjoyment: a contemplative Zen rock garden with fountain; a quiet area with fire pit and swinging chairs for relaxation, a prairie garden with bench seating, lounge area for an informal meeting or a bit of respite during the work day, games for employee team building fun, a vegetable garden & cutting garden for tenant use.
Training Center
The second-floor improvements also include a state-of-the-art conference facility that can accommodate up to 95 people and can be divided in half for smaller meetings. This high ceiling conference area with abundant natural light is complimented by a very sizable pre-function area, TVs and immediate access to the outdoor plaza. Video conferencing is available for virtual training sessions or meetings. The pre-function area maybe be reserved separately for employee gatherings and includes space for caterers. A very robust public WIFI system has been installed to support large training groups working on-line simultaneously.
