Maintenance
Maintenance requests should be made through the management office. To avoid confusion or duplicate requests, please have one person from your company (2 or 3 contacts for larger tenants) report temperature discomfort, burned-out bulbs, access clearances, janitorial requests, key requests, etc. Temperature calls and calls reporting lights out in critical areas are given first priority.
Tenants can access the Angus Work Order System to enter non-emergency service requests.
