Property ownership & management recognize that the demand for reliable information technology continues to grow at an unprecedented rate and that ensuring the integrity and security of our office buildings telecomm and data infrastructures is critical. To this end, we have retained Summit Riser Systems, Inc. (SRS) to manage these vital resources.

SRS has been contracted to perform all voice and data cable work within the building’s riser system. Starting from the Minimum Point of Entry (MPOE) to the demarcation point (DMARC, plywood backboard or Server Room) within the tenant’s suite space, SRS will execute all riser and/or feed cable installations, facilitate all cross connects and perform all testing within the building’s riser system. These services will be provided to you by SRS in a courteous and expeditious manner at competitive rates. This riser program does not dictate which service provider or carrier you choose for your telecommunications or data services nor the contractor you select to perform voice and data cabling within your suite space.

Please Contact Summit Riser Systems for all of the Following:

(SRS must be notified at least 24 hours prior to any required work performed in the building riser system)

  • Upon Ordering New Phone Lines and Circuits
  • For All Phone Line and Circuit Extensions
  • All Cable Installations within the Riser System. (Copper/Fiber/Coax)
    • Including Security and Access Control Cabling
  • Trouble Shooting (i.e. circuit down, no dial tone, etc.)
  • Moving In/Moves Within the Building/Moving Out
  • Switching Service Providers
  • Before Ordering/Installing Cable and Satellite TV
